- Write a business plan for the area assigned, which should incorporate seamless patient care, increased revenue, cost saving, defining targets and defining benefit that can be achieved.
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related services, market or trends.
- Analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Observe, receive and obtain information from all relevant sources.
- Prepare analytical reports, negotiate timelines and budgets.
