- Work under the guidance of departmental leadership to implement and execute business growth strategies and programs
- Analyze reports and market data to provide insights to support the overall decision making process of the department
- Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact
- Create proposals for existing/ new clients to improve utilization of company services
- Undertake necessary documentation related to contracting, billing, and necessary communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets, etc
- Hands-on experience and proficiency of using Business Intelligence and Analytical tools/ CRM is a plus.
