Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective execution of assigned day to day HR operations, give direction to all subordinates, and work efficiently and effectively under the reporting manager.
  • Develop human resources solution by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
  • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, EEO compliance and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
  • Participate in projects and center initiatives in the areas of continuous improvement, data analysis, report writing and organizational initiatives as required.
  • Provide support to HR operations in assigned areas to ensure efficient and effective work process.
  • Guide, counsel and facilitate employees regarding company policies and procedure.
  • Handle, process and maintain proper log of all departmental mail, memos, letters, reports and other inter-departmental correspondence.
  • Manage all cases of staff separation.
  • Execute annual staffing plan, in line with SIH priorities, goals and initiatives.
  • Discuss and amend policies with senior manager HRD and ensure their signing process is duly completed.
  • Compliance with all policies, procedures and protocols applicable to the job function.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
