• Analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
  • Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals

  • Provide recommendations to address and resolve business issues for a specific business group
  • Research tools to identify those that can best help serve the needs of clients
  • Gather and analyze requirements, create design documents, and perform impact analysis for application changes
  • Develop solutions to leverage Oracle applications functionality for the Oracle Financials and SCM suggest process improvements
  • Work with technical team in the development reports, conversions, interfaces and extensions for Oracle Applications and ensure optimal transition of user requirements into functional ones
  • Hands-on experience on FSG Reporting; must work as a bridge between technical team and end user
  • Reporting format preparation with end user coordination
  • Training of users on different functionality of application
  • Trouble shouting of issue with queries and coordination with oracle support to resolve functional issues
  • Test of new and updated scenario in oracle application; Gathering report requirement and all other functional need.
  • Fully involved in period closing and quarter financial closing
  • Understand and modify application configuration as required
  • Assist users with problems and resolve issues independently
  • Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, and perform functional testing
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Work with existing systems to track and manage requests and issues
  • Determine all oracle functional requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to analyze all project requirements and determine efficient improvement process
  • Perform research and evaluate all functions to develop efficient processes and ensure compliance to all standards
