- Design, implement, operate core infrastructure (virtualization, AD DS, DNS, AD FS, AD CA, Application Proxy, File Server, DHCP, patch management, OS deployment and Print Servers) & business productivity (MS Exchange & Skype for business).
- Design, deploy and support Hyper-V and VMware.
- Build a migration plan & rollout the migration from traditional data centre system designs to Hyper-V and VMware.
- Build of High level design (HLD) & Low level design (LLD) documents include detailed technical, implementation and configuration.
- Design, implement Operate Security (Centralized Management), Disaster Recovery to meet the SIH’s Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO).
- Arrange Workshop DEMOs or PoCs for purpose solution with internal team or external resources engagement.
- Manage a system team resources responsibly & manage cross function team for IT Enterprise system design and implement of large-scale environment.Document and share technical best practices / insights with IT stakeholders.
- Compliance assessments with IT stakeholders on designed & implement Enterprise System.
- Provide cost-effective solution for SIH to work with minimum CAPEX (Capital Expenditures) in order to provide proven and best practice guidance to control the OPEX (Operating Expenditures)
- Build technical and security architecture in enterprise system for the HMIS.
- Select a migration approach to lift and shift the system workloads to data centre virtualization or software define data centre.
- Engage driving the quality of the on boarding plan (Vendors/ Partners).
- Devise and ensure adherence to service levels agreed with stakeholder.
- Arrange Workshop DEMOs or PoCs for purpose solution with internal team or external resources engagement.
- Report to Senior Manager MIS as business objectives / business value conditions are met.
