- Manage Staff within the transport department
- Organize Vehicle Safety Stickers & Registration
- Ensure proper maintenance of fleet vehicles
- Provide monthly fuel usage report to the Transport Manager
- Provide monthly Vehicle Maintenance cost report to the Transport Manager
- Organize & Schedule Fleet vehicle maintenance
- Review daily tasking requests to ensure all tasks are carried out as per company policy
- Conduct random inspections of vehicles within the fleet
- Provide night transport tasks to control room shift leader / Supervisor
- Any other duties as directed by the Transport Manager
Skills:
- Excellent working knowledge of traffic laws and relevant regulatory requirements
- Ability to foster team-oriented goals
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Sound technical understanding of all types of vehicles
- Proficient in computing – Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, Project Scheduler, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in both Urdu & English; verbal and written
