Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of staff members, write job descriptions, open up positions internally and externally, headhunt and collect resumes, shortlist candidates, set up and assist in conducting interviews, and make final employment offers at the discretion of immediate supervisor/senior management
- Conduct reference checks and verify previous employment data
- Provide staff orientation sessions and implement the onboarding process
- Maintain employee files and databases
- Maintain volunteer, internships, and graduate internships programs, and represent SHINE at recruitment drives and job fairs
Learning and Development
- Identify capacity-building sessions for employees after conducting organization-wide Training Needs Assessment (TNA)
- Organize staff training sessions and conduct pre and post-training assessments
- Organize activities to increase employee engagement
- Process employee request for external training while complying with policies and procedures
- Coordinate with trainers and admin team to ensure a smooth training session
- Writing reports for training sessions
