We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Shipping and Logistics Sales Executive to actively engage with direct importers and exporters, offering them tailored logistics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of freight forwarding, shipping operations, and international trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach direct importers and exporters for business opportunities in ocean freight, air freight, FCL/LCL.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (FCL/LCL, Air, Sea, bulk etc.)
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals by targeting key trade lanes and industry verticals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
