SHJ International is hiring a lead generation Specialist who will be responsible for developing and delivering a robust lead generation program and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and nurture leads for the organization using different marketing channels.
- Acquiring business through different channels
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
- Understand the sales process and manage the sales pipeline.
- Participate in webinars, in-person events, and conferences and network with peers and target audience to identify sales opportunities.
- Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team, and senior management; Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team, and senior management;
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Client Communication, Handling, and Management
- Previous experience achieving sales lead generation and B2B Sales in the software/tech industry.
- Experience selling technology-based products and software solutions utilizing ROI and other value-added selling approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Possess a strong inner drive and be self-discipline.
