The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for maintaining product data and provide customer service.
- Manage product listing and update data as and when required for new products and existing ones.
- Manage customer order confirmations and communicate with warehousing operations accordingly.
- Provide customer service on phone, chat, whats-app and social platforms.
- Provide product related advise to the customer for alternatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve and customer concerns related to packaging, speed of shipping and others.
