Along with daily customer chats, you will be responsible for assisting our customers over live chat/email or phone.
You will help solve daily order and service issues.
The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, can multitask and operate in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
• Operate in a fast-paced online chat platform
• Provide customers with pre- and post-sales information
• Communicate with customers and vendors over email and phone
• Work with our warehousing and purchasing departments to ensure optimal order fulfillment
• Answer customer service inquiries across various sales channels.
Remote based job (work from home)
• Male & Female both can apply
• Salary: Rs25K to Rs40K /month
