The chat agent is responsible for customer engagements via our eCommerce chat platform. Along with daily customer chats, you will be responsible for assisting our customers over live chat/email or phone. You will help solve daily order and service issues. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, can multitask and operate in a high-volume environment
Responsibilities:
• Operate in a fast-paced online chat platform
• Provide customers with pre- and post-sales information
• Communicate with customers and vendors over email and phone
• Work with our warehousing and purchasing departments to ensure optimal order fulfillment
• Answer customer service inquiries across various sales channels.
