Responsible for providing Administrative reconciliation and customer services support to the company

Job Description:

  • Day to day office operations, exercising the utmost discretion always.
  • Managing support operation of the team.
  • Managing driver schedule and routes
  • Manage Telephone Calls to vendors and customers
  • Mmanaging live chat and WhatsApp conversations with both vendors and customers to coordinate deliveries and orders efficiently
  • Performs other duties as required

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Able to communicate as required, verbal and written in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Computer Literate including Microsoft Office 
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Open to Sharing of the information on time and discussion of difficulties on time
  • Committed to self-improvement in order to achieve career goals.
