We are looking for a Web Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Website.
The graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.
For this, the candidate needs to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements and skills
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Graphic Designer Implements creative concepts to reach the final deliverables, and continuously come up with fresh and new ideas suitable for print and web interface implementations.

- Implement Visual Designs Knowledge of Web design terminology and techniques

- Knowledge of hand and eye coordination and color discrimination Knowledge of printing techniques
- Ability to create visually aesthetic representations within accepted graphic design practices
- Ability to follow written and instructions concerning specifications
- Design Tools and Techniques Knowledge of graphic designs terminology and techniques
- knowledge and use of computer design software Knowledge of art history
- Ability to perform other technical procedures related to visual design (such as designing and preparing final product)Skills
- Required Extensive working experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and other visual design tools to create and edit
- Good knowledge about principles of designing for the web: usability, layout, and navigation.
- Good knowledge of HTML and Internet technology basics
- Skills in audio / video editing are an advantage
- Experience in 3- dimensional modeling and animation is advantage.
- Knowledge of the business and technology domains is essential
- Excellent Written and communication skills
