  1. Manage cost preparation responsibilities
  2. Obtain suppliers and sub contractors costs
  3. Prepare technical and financal proposals
  4. Attend clarification meetings
  5. General knowledge of fidic based contracts in local market
  6. Ensure tenders bidding for meet the guidelines
  7. Create company profile as per employers requirement
  8. Take responsibility of handing over all associated handovers
  9. Participate actively in bidding
  10. Knowledge on Microsoft Office softwares
  11. Market the company for new projects and enlisements
