As Customer Solutions Consultant, you will be contacting current and potential Business customers and effectively provide technical support related to our products and services.

  • Have a track record as consistent performance.

  • Basic Accounting and Networking knowledge is preferred. 
  • Call & Tech support exposure. 
  • Looking for stability, progress and long-term professional goals. 

Language Skills Required:

  • Fluent in English read/write / verbal. Must be able to Host and provide consultation to end customers.

Timings:

  • This Position is for Evening/Night Shift (6:00PM to 3:00AM)

  • Strong proven Customer Services Experience 
  • Strong passion for Customer Service
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Training:

  • ERP product training will be provided once onboard. 

Preference will be given to experienced male candidates.
