§ To collect invoices, B/L from the Export Department for preparation PDC Cases for onward submission to customs
§ To collect bills from the clearing agent & prepare statement & submit bill to Accounts Department on a monthly basis
§ To make duties and submit to Account Department
§ To make pay orders from the bank
§ To deliver pay orders to the airport/clearing agent office etc.
§ To maintain all bills in their proper files
§ To maintain import files
