Production Manager is one of the most integral positions of our organisation which involves a lot of planning, coordination, execution and review of manufacturing processes and systems in place.
Job responsibilities include:
- Formulation of products for the Human Health Division and the Animal Health Division
- Planning and organising production schedules
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Forecasting budgets and timescales
- Ensuring all Health and Safety standards are met and exceeded
- Determining international quality standards
- Overseein the manufacturing process
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing raw material
- Organising the repair and maintenance of all equipment
- Supervising work of production staff
- Organising training sessions
An ideal candidate MUST have:
- More than 5 years of industrial experience in pharamceuticals
- A Doctor of Pharmacy from a reputed university
