We are looking for an in-house legal affairs specialist who will guide the company on the following matters:

Provide legal advise on business issues and company strategies
Develop a panel of outside counsels
Oversee the work of outside counsels
Collaborate with management to devise efficient legal defense strategies
Communicate and negotiate with government bodies
Prepare and submit documents to government bodies or financial institutions
Attend court dates and provide detailed account to management
Assist Management in wrapping up current litigation
File and Organize all court document
Advise company on HR/Taxation issues
Provide overall litigation support
Ensure legal conformity and minimize exposure to legal risk
Offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation

Requirements:

4-5 years experience as attorney
Excellent first hand knowledge of the court system from Civil to Supreme Court
Active bar membership
Expertise in Civil Law, Rent Law, CDA Ordinance and By Laws, Contract Law, Tax Law, Company Law

Skills:

Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity
Excellent Legal and Communication Skills
Ability to work independently
Task Oriented
