• Check and filter Furniture Tenders on a daily basis (online and hard form in Newspapers).
• Take lead of the bidding process by responding to all Govt and Civil relevant tenders by special emphasis on the documentation and sample submission.
• Submission of tender documents physically and via courier.
• Represent Sieger Industries Pvt. Ltd. physically on Tender Sealed Bids Opening Events.
• Forecast monthly sales target and ensure the targets are achieved and reflected at the month end in sale reports and presentations.
• Primarily responsible for leading furniture sales mechanism with justified sales statistics favoring Return on Investments (ROIs).
• Establish a liaison with relevant stakeholders like Chamber of commerce, DHA, Bahria, Emaar, and other names in the construction domain.
• Provides feedback to store leadership regarding the Marketing and Sales developments.
• Assists customers with product information, selection, and purchase.
• Plan, propose and implement a Digital Media Marketing Plan (FB, Twitter and others).
• Schedule and prepare marketing meetings by inviting officials to the plant.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and host stakeholders’ visits to the Industry.
• Develop a marketing and sales budget with proposed activities, cost and timeline of completion.
• Develop Performance Evaluation Indicators (PEI) so that all sales and marketing activities are gauged and their impact is monitored as per the KPIs.
• Create idea and content for company’s website.
• Coordinates quotations with vendors and Set up, schedule, and manage the Marketing Calendar.
• Design, plan and execute effective events and other programs to meet clear marketing objectives.
• Develop, implement and monitor new customer acquisition strategies that drive revenue.
• Identify short-term and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including the development and management of annual marketing and sales budget.
• Will actively promote company’s products in various market segments.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Direct and Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories and target achievement. objectives for each of the territories/ market segments.
• Will oversee competitors pricing studies and research and advise the CEO of product price elasticity.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction through a better understanding of customer requirements and needs.
• Identifies furniture display needs in sufficient time to allow displays to be built.
• Identify Display opportunities and ensure Sieger Industries furniture displays at symposiums and other platforms (like Dawn Expo etc). Candidate must be:
• A business degree holder with Marketing/ Business Development specialization
• Have experience in Furniture Marketing & Sales (Must)
• Salary Package and other financial mechanism will be finalized during the interview.
