We are looking for a Front Desk Officer/HR to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.

Required Experience and Eligibility: Fresh Graduate or 1 years of experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Females are encouraged to apply)
Core Responsibilities:
- Greet persons entering the organization.
- Direct persons to correct destination.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers over the phone.
- Makes a record of all walk-in customers.
- Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary.
- Place telephone calls or arrange conference calls as instructed.
- Send, receive, sort & distribute mail and deliveries.
- Make record of daily mail & deliveries.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Skills Required:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist
- Strong communication and people skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
