Your Working Domain is Solar System Sales in Specifically Multan Region and commonly nationwide.
- You are responsible to Establish current and long-range goals, objectives, plans and policies, to generate maximum sale in the region or sector.
- You are responsible to Lead the successful execution of these plans and strategies, driving the company to meet or exceed Revenues and profitability
- You are responsible to will Work directly with Implementation Branch Manager/GM. Guiding the board of management on company strategy and financing/investment decisions
- You are responsible to Identify growth opportunities in existing market, new markets, and/or new products Maintain current and develop new costing models and provide guidance for pricing strategies Motivate, lead, retain and mentor high-performance members of management team; attract, and recruit high-performance candidates to compliment team or to replace underperforming members.
- You are responsible to Represent the company to major customers, financial institutions, and to the community and industry
- You are responsible to Manage excellent relationships with regulatory and other Governmental organizations
- Employee will be preparing project plan, project budget, and resource plan, project management and engineering services proposal, and engineering costing, responsibility matrix, statement of compliant, project schedule, project structure and organization, support services proposal;
