Job Responsibilities:
- Collate and process inbound royalty revenue data from wide variety of sources make sure that data files due are received accurately, on a timely basis, and reconciled accordingly against payments received in line with internal schedules, standards and deadlines
- Prepare monthly and quarterly royalty revenue reports
- Work with internal and external right-holders, partners and in-house systems (Internal CMS and Finance) to produce royalty reports
- Prepare payable/receivable balances and make amendments where necessary
- Frequently update the SRP CMS royalties’ system with all required data
- Maintain contract data and update changes to contract terms in systems
- Prepare royalty outbound payment bills
- Assist in developing key financial controls for the royalty accounts
- Complete ad hoc projects as needed
Qualification & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and impeccable attention to detail
- Experience using high volumes of data and reconciling various sources of data
- Highly motivated and organized with excellent time management skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment with tight deadlines.
