Silent Roar Productions is looking for qualified “Assistant Manager Marketing” who must be self- starters, energetic with strong communication skills, good organization and presentation skills. The role requires a good knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies along with a strong blend of promotional tactics.
Responsibilities
- Developing marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Support the development of content marketing initiatives that align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
- Monitor corporate social media accounts and online presence, including developing social media campaigns and creating engaging content with co-ordination of artist and label partnership team.
- Work with cross-functional teams, such as digital music distribution, artists development, business development representative in other countries to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify local & global trends, opportunities and threats in music industry and use this data to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
- BBA in marketing
