Job Responsibilities:
- To strategize and come up with creative content ideas for the company’s multiple social media platforms.
- Work with the artist, label and content creator to help promote current or old content.
- Translate metrics and analysis into actionable plans.
- Help maintain a database of all artists, label, content creators as a whole.
- Posting a weekly schedule of maintaining and updating company and artist S.M platforms like FB, Insta, YT, Bandcamp, Spotify, soundcloud. Tiktok etc
- Reporting back to the manager on trends, major new items.
- Collaborating closely with other teams supporting operational interactions with artist and labels.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing & communications with 1 year of experience
- Strong grasp of social media interfaces and trends.
- High attention to detail and able to manage multiple, competing tasks that are result orientated.
- Proactive attitude, with a keen willingness to get the job done.
- A passion for music is must.
