The incumbent shall be responsible for the following;
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Edbiz Consulting's website including all websites related to the company's products and affiliates.
- Keep all websites updated with the latest information and content by liaising with the business development unit.
- Generate edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) on all social media platforms by liaising with the business development unit.
- Craft site promotions, email newsletters and online outreach campaigns.
- Implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the systems and networks.
- Provide assistance to employees for hardware support, network and connectivity issues, unattended installation of software, windows operating systems and peripherals.
- Software (including operating system and applications) and hardware installation.
- Software, hardware and network troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Computer networking.
- Create and maintain necessary technical documentation.
- Recommend and engineer new and user-friendly technologies to facilitate the employees.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate should be passionate about IT.
- Should be exceptionally tuned up with the ethics of web development, designing and artwork.
- Have knowledge of search engine analytics to maximize traffic to websites.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding and understanding of network technologies (LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Routers, Switches).
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of graphics designing will be a plus.
