A candidate must have General Accounting Concepts and have experience of General Accounting.
The Job responsibilities will include;
- Book Keeping
- Data Entry
- Preparation of payment and receipt vouchers
- Verification of control documents like Purchase Orders, GRN, Stock requisitions etc
- Must have knowledge of Internal Controls for Procurement and Accounts Payable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Coordination with vendors and customers for reconciliation purposes
- Keeping the record of issuance and consumption of raw material
- Participate in monthly disbursement of salaries and wages to the site staff & labour
- Sales tax return filing monthly basis
