We are looking for resource to perform client engagement and assist back office project management and business teams in Pakistan.

He/she should posses following skills:

  • Payments/Cards domain experience
  • Knowledge of SDLC
  • Understanding of account management, project management and business analysis functions
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Good oral and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of English language is a must
  • Ability to lead and influence - set a path for the team and stakeholders to follow and keep them moving on that path without formal authority
  • Good in time management and prioritization

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Account abilities:

  • Facilitate project management and business analysis team with banking client
  • Perform analysis on functionality and technical requirements to assess team from scoping to delivery
  • Clients Tracking list for each tasks/project/proposal
  • Ensure successful delivery of each task and account management
  • Arrange meetings and conference calls with clients and back office teams
  • Engage and give-and-take with team members and other stakeholders, always with the enterprise's best interest in mind
