The Assistant Manager will be responsible to manage the day shift in coordination with the call center Manager. Responsible to submit daily reporting of all work load between evening and day shift. Manage staff of 8-10 resources during the day shift. Must have command over excel, word, power point presentations. Must have excellent written/spoken communication skills to communicate via email/reports. Ability to handle HR related issues. Direct reporting to the call center manager and CEO.
