PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Area Sales Executive is responsible for delivering sales revenue growth and customer support for a portfolio of fresh fruits & vegetables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Onboarding new vendors and creating partnerships with new stores to generate sales
2) Daily order generation from existing clients
3) End to End customer management including order generation, payments, after-sales support
4) Close coordination with operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment
5) Tracking of Sales KPIs including active customers, bill frequency, and sales throughput
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1) Strong customer handling experience to provide solutions that can overcome customer objections
2) Team Player – must be able to coordinate and work well with multi-function team members
3) Good interpersonal skills – must be able to effectively give sales pitch to multiple vendors
4) Must have a valid driving license and mode of transport (bike preferable)
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
1) Min. F.A Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
2) 2 years experience of selling in traditional retail – fresh candidates may also apply
3) Must have strong knowledge of the routes in Lahore City
