- Responsible for collecting testing & analyzing water (Cooling water, chilled water, Makeup water) & other related samples in order to maintain & improve water quality & optimize water system operations.
- Monitor chemical dosing & maintain chemical dosing equipment
- To manage Operations & Maintenance of Centrifugal & Absorption Type chillers (Above 500-1000 tons preferable YORK & Shaungliang)
- Perform health check of HVAC piping network for internal & external corrosion prevention.
- To perform maintenance activity of cooling towers and chemical cleaning and Chillers descaling.
- To manage shifts & assists engineer regarding Plant Room`s operations & maintenance.
- Record all findings for reference & reporting purposes.
- Perform a variety of special projects, chemical, biological + physical testing as assigned to water treatment, recovery recycling, etc.
- Product reports as necessary or on regular basis.
- Maintain chemical inventory management and be able to troubleshoot Chiller related issues.
