Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced pharmaceutical processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities for enhancements in current pharmaceutical practices.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to drug manufacturing and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine pharmaceutical projects from conception to completion.
- Utilize expertise accumulated over 14 years at Sante Pharma and 1 year at Vega Pharma to drive innovation and problem-solving.
- Document research findings and operational procedures meticulously to ensure transparency and repeatability.
- Monitor emerging trends and advances in pharmaceutical sciences and integrate relevant developments into practice.
- Provide technical guidance and support in complex pharmaceutical problem resolution.
- Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are pursued effectively despite the absence of team management responsibilities.
- Engage in strategic planning to align pharmaceutical operations with organizational goals of Sindh Medicouse.
