Sino Sindh Resources (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Officer, Commercial to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual with strong skills in contract negotiation, market analysis, and vendor management to support and enhance our commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Economics, Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years’ experience in relevant industries. Experience within the natural resources or renewable energy sectors is highly preferred. This position will require close collaboration with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure successful commercial engagements. The Senior Officer will play a crucial role in managing procurement processes, reviewing contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and analyzing market trends to provide actionable insights that support company growth. Proficiency in software tools and a strong command of English is essential, with preference given to candidates who are proficient in Chinese. Familiarity with financial payments, statistics, procurement, and negotiation best practices will be critical to succeed in this role. Responsibilities
- Assist Manager Commercial to carry out daily work.
- Organizing and summarizing basic data.
- Manage the company's material and service contracts, participates in preparing relevant contract texts in (Chinese and English both) and contract negotiation and signing.
- Implement the procurement plan based on actual situation.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
