Job Description

1. Complete the pre-sale, sale and after-sales consultation work independently, and register, track, solve and reply to the customer's problems.

2. Familiar with the in-store products, can accurately and effectively make recommendations for different customers.

3. Remark the customer's special requirements and communicate with the delivery department in time to avoid shipping errors.

4. Analyze customer needs and suggestions, and do technical support for development submission and results tracking.

5. System knowledge, accumulation of common problems, sorting reply words.
