We are recruiting for a Sales and Distribution Manager.
The Sales and Distribution Manager will have full responsibility for marketing and selling our products in their designated territory.
Specifically they will:
1) Identify potential users of our product
2) Arrange meetings to introduce our product and our services
3) Explain clearly the benefits of our product and services and communicate with the prospective customer why they should work with us
4) Undertake sample cases and get feedback on the results
5) Manage the distribution of the products and ensure that they are delivered to customers in a timely manner
About us:
We are a unique Dubai based business specialising in 3D printing for dentistry. We have a range of products which offer customers incredible results with amazing value for money. We have had some success already in Pakistan and wish to aggresively expand our footprint.
About you:
You will be ambitious and self motivated, able to work without direct supervision. You will have an understanding of dentistry either through study or practice. You will be engaging and able to build relationships. Ideally you will have experience selling products and services to dental laboratories in Pakistan. You must be able to work from home.
Longer-term:
You have the opportunity to build your own business unit in Pakistan. Adding sales professionals and distribution riders as you expand your sales volume and customer base.
Compensation:
You will be compensated with a generous monthly basic plus unlimited commission potential of 10% of sales.
