Qualification:
- BSc in Engineering or Computer Science
- 15+ years of experience in IT, with minimum 05 years of experience in a
- managerial/director role
- Technical/Managerial experience in the healthcare industry will be preferred.
- Project Management Certification is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Java technology stack and frameworks
- Experience in cloud platforms and technologies such as AWS and Azure
- Experience of working with relational (Oracle DB, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Apache Cassandra etc)
- Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of individuals, in a highly collaborative, complex and changing environment
- Manage and monitor application deployments on cloud as well as on premise servers.
- Self-motivated individual who possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Major Duties:
- Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff.
- Develop strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems).
- Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology.
- Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance.
- Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff on the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems.
- Perform routine checks for network and hardware infrastructure health.
- Guide system administrator in managing the server cluster.
- Active involvement in hiring new members of IT staff.
- Builds and maintains relationships with outside stakeholders.
