Major Duties:
Meet and coordinate with offshore/onsite technical teams, system end users, business team and business analyst to establish project scope, system goals, and
Proven practical experience of creating technical design documents for enterprise software solutions.
Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and SQAs to follow.
Preparation of System functional document (FSD) from requirement specification documents (BRS).
Writing and preparing the user manuals for a new and existing system by analyzing its different aspects from end users prospective.
Identification of Function/Non-Functional requirements and to translate them in design documents for an already developed system.
To write/design user requirements, use cases, flow diagrams, system design, system domain models, system sequence diagrams, deployment models, wireframes.
Writing/Validating system flows, test cases, test scripts for SIT, UAT.
To work closely with Devops team business analysts, project managers, solution architect, developers, testers and system admins.
Liaise with users/stakeholder to track additional requirements, features and enhancements.
Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc.
Participate in planning and monitoring of all products sprints and releases including UAT, Demos and training with stakeholders and end-users.
Participate in all feedback and follow up activities with stakeholders. Train users on the new operation systems and provide support.
Qualification: Minimum graduation with BS/BE in CS/SE/CE/EE from a reputable institute.
Experience: More than 15 years of overall experience with 05 years hands-on experience in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects.
Experience in the Healthcare sector is a major plus.
