- Schedule deliveries of all finish goods and also ensure purchase order number is put on in all paper work and all products received as per production plan.
- Keep the record and checks quantity and quality of finish goods received .
- Ensure that stock is received after the approval of quality department.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendor for return of products and their repair if required.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with other employees, supervisors and managers.
- Assists vendor in other departments as needed and ensure the delivery dates of stock receiving in warehouse.
- Enter GRN for of all finished goods in system.
- Fill a receiving report for each finish good catagory . This includes description i.e lot number, vendor name, quantity etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse manager to meet business needs.
- Properly record all received finish goods into computer system and forward their documentation to warehouse manager.
