- Keep strict control at the gate and not to allow any unauthorized person, vehicle or cart etc; to enter in the Mills
- premises without permission.
- Not to allow anybody for going out of the Mills without having thorough check, search and proper permission.
- Not to allow/any thing to pass through the gate belonging to the company without obtaining proper valid gate pass.
- Any other job relating to security in the organization
- To take round of the Departments during night shift and report to the security supervisor/chief security officer about the persons found sleeping or violating the general rules of the company.
- To keep record of vehicles passing through the gate; outward/inward gate passes and in/out timings of Officers.
- To maintain Fire Fighting Equipments & always keep it in working condition.
- To keep strict discipline in the organization and report to the security supervisor/chief security officer, incase any irregularity is noticed.
