Site Supervisor

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a committed Site Supervisor to join their team at the Hattar (Taxila) location. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily site operations and ensuring that all activities comply with company policies and safety standards. This position demands a proactive and hands-on approach to oversee the on-site workforce effectively, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold statutory regulations. The Site Supervisor will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and efficiently manage workforce deployment to meet project requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department for resource planning and manpower allocation to optimize site productivity.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to statutory requirements, including EOBI, Social Security, and applicable Labor Laws.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management for operational review and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar operational role, preferably within an industrial or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and workplace safety regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and organize site activities efficiently.
- Capacity to work under pressure and resolve site-level challenges proactively and independently.
- Educational qualification of FA, I.Com, B.Com, or a related discipline.

This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to PKR 50,000. The role requires the candidate’s physical presence at the Hattar (Taxila) site to ensure hands-on supervision and operational control.
