Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor position is based at Bahria Orchard Phase-4 and requires candidates who can commute to this location daily. This role involves overseeing daily construction activities to ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams efficiently to ensure timely project completion. Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Supervision
Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, laborers, and site staff to maintain smooth and efficient site operations. Monitor daily workflows to ensure productivity and adherence to project timelines. Ensure that all work is performed in strict accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Schedule and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project demands and deadlines.

Material & Resource Management
Verify incoming material deliveries to ensure proper storage and appropriate utilization on site. Raise material requests based on project needs to maintain a continuous workflow without delays. Implement measures to minimize wastage and promote the efficient use of available resources, contributing to cost control and sustainability on the project.

Required Qualifications

Education
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline is mandatory.

Experience
A minimum of 5 to 6 years of practical field experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Engineer, preferably within construction or infrastructure projects, is required. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on expertise in managing site activities and teams effectively.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position located at Bahria Orchard Phase-4. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs60,000 to Rs70,000. Candidates must be able to commute daily to the site to be considered for employment.
