- Timely correspondence with clients, suppliers, banks, forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, governmental and non – governmental departments.
- Handling all the legal matters and documentation for import & export.
- Regular follow-up with all import/export shipments on a daily basis.
- Able to communicate well in English.
- To create and maintain logistics-related reports on an Oracle-based ERP system.
- Well-organized and able to work independently to meet targets.
- To coordinate with PPC department to communicate delivery times to clients.
- To maintain a data library for easy file extraction.
- Have a grip in Microsoft Office.
- Make sure all company policies and regulations are implemented.
