Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• Implement B2B Channel strategies that are aligned with business strategies and that support the achievement of profitable sales objectives
• Identify priority B2B channels and work with customer development and marketing on programs and campaigns
• Continuously source, update and communicate the latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions within the channel assessing implications and opportunities for the brand
• Leverage Channel prioritization strategies and influence the sales process for lead generation in the field
• Lead e-Commerce strategy and Omni-Channel partnerships
• Lead revenue growth and value creation initiatives
• Oversee Channel Sales Team for optimization & growth
Key measures for this position include but are not limited to:
• Input to channel strategy and development of commercial plans for the assigned channels
• Ensure attainment and realization of Value Creation goals
• Clear and aligned priority channel with associated programs and campaigns; successful programs and campaigns
• Preferred growth partner for key customers within the channel
• Define leads that yield quality, healthy customers to our portfolio
• Effective partnership yielding profitable growth
• Identifying and leading growth initiatives; reaching growth targets of initiatives
• Channel Sales Team achieving established revenue targets
