As a project manager, you will be working with the CEO, the employees, and the heads of departments to create a project road map for the tax department.
You will be working closely with our clients to ensure that they receive the highest levels of service.
You will be acting as a liaison between our clients and accountants, to ensure a positive working relationship is maintained with our clients.
You will keep a close eye on the work of the tax department and schedule tasks in order to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
You will advise on strategies to optimize the workflow.

Job Requirements:

Good communication skills. Fluency in speaking and writing English.
A neutral North American English accent
Customer service experience- both written and verbal- will be preferred
Project Management experience is necessary.
Proficiency in various computer programs and standard office software packets such as Microsoft Office.
Work from home during the evening shift (6 PM to 2 AM Pakistan time)
