As a Video Editing and Graphic Design specialist at Skardu Edits, you will collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to craft engaging videos and graphic elements. You will be responsible for managing the entire video editing process, from raw footage to finished products, ensuring a seamless and professional outcome. Your graphic design skills will support the development of brand-consistent visuals, including digital illustrations, layouts, and promotional materials. Though this role does not involve team management, it requires independent project execution and a proactive approach to creative problem-solving and innovation within multimedia production.
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final products that meet quality standards and project goals.
- Create original graphic designs using Adobe Illustrator to support video content and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling multimedia assets.
- Maintain organized project files and archives of video and graphic assets for easy retrieval and future use.
- Manage the entire video editing workflow, including color correction, audio editing, transitions, and effects integration.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and contributes to consistent messaging across platforms.
- Stay current with industry trends and new software tools to continually enhance video editing and graphic design skills.
- Apply creative problem-solving to overcome technical and design challenges during production.
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and production schedules without compromising quality.
