Skechers is hiring for the position of Store Branch Manager.
A candidate should have the qualification of Inter/Bachelors with 2-3 years of experience in role of Store Manager/Branch Manager in the shoe brand.
The candidate should have experience in stock management, floor management, sales target achievement and should be a pleasant and personality who can engage his employees.
The position is based in Islamabad for Safa Mall, Centaurus Mall and Giga Mall.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing consultancy on the products to the customers
- Supervising and training the sales staff
- Identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing report with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
- Maintaining inventories
- Generating sales’ invoices
- Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner
- Update customer information in databases
- Go the “extra mile” to meet targets
- Monitor shelves inventory and unload new products when needed
- Operate cash registers and close daily revenues
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store
Requirements
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience of working is shoe retail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have a good command on excel
