Who We Are:
A leading digital company is looking for Tele Sales Consultant for its in-house Call Centre based in Bahria Town, Phase 4. The Tele Sales Representative will be required to do dialing to local businesses in Urdu between 9 am to 6 pm.
As a Telesales Consultant, you will contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Telesales Consultant must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You will be presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with any complaints and doubts with rebuttals.
Responsibilities:
· Delivering prepared sales talks as a Consultant, describing the product to the potential customers & closing the sales as per the operational process
· Contact businesses and / or private individuals through phone in order to solicit sales for services
· Explain products, benefits and prices, and answer questions from customers
· Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into system
· Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
· Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
· Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through calls or advertisements
· Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts
· Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders
Requirements:
· Must be proficient in Urdu & fluent in English
· Must be target oriented, with professional conduct
· Previous sales experience to local businesses is a plus
· Excellent communication skills
· Must be Computer & Internet literate
Requirements:
· Salary: PKR 18,000 Plus Commission
· Place of Work: Phase 4, Bahria Town
