1. Responsible for new business development/selling
2. Responsible for coordinating with all centres in order to help them in implementing City & Guilds existing and new programmes
3. Responsible to work in close coordination with approved centres to ensure that the forecasted/targeted number of candidates are enrolled for training, ultimately should sit for City & Guilds examinations
4. Responsible for facilitating the centre heads and trainers in order to better implement and develop the market for City & Guilds
5. Responsible for providing information, forecasts and reports
6. Assist in planning and implementation of marketing strategies, including advertising and PR within allocated portfolio with approval of the management
7. Respond and follow up enquiries by telephone and personal visits
8. Carry out market research to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
9. Shall liaise and build relationships with customers and maintaining contacts with them
10. Shall also attend to any other duties entrusted to you by the management from time to time
Skills Required:
1. Previous business development/selling experience is essential with travel experience being highly desirable 2. Good communications and interpersonal skills 3. A good team player with positive attitude 4. Active and able to work independently under pressure with initiative 5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and reliability 6. Ability to take initiative, behave with integrity and respond maturely to direction 7. Ability to plan and implement business development strategies
