About Us:
- We have roughly 175 employees worldwide.
- We provide IT training solutions to IT customers throughout the world. However, our emphasis is the US and Canada.
- This is a part-time position (7pm-11pm PKT: 4 hours per day/work-at-home).
- You will be communicating via email and phone to our corporate clients in the US and Canada regarding course updates and new course releases.
- Corporate clients are primarily IT Managers, Directors & CIO’s.
- You will be communicating with small, medium and large organizations.
- You will NOT be communicating with consumers.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You shall enjoy communicating with others.
- You have a friendly and inviting personality.
- You have basic computer/typing skills but you do not need any technical background.
- Spoken and able to understand.
- Although we are a technology company your role will not require technical conversations.
- We will provide all training that you will need.
- This is an ideal position for someone looking for a second job because you start at 7pm PKT and you are done by 11 pm PKT.
- This is also an excellent job for highly talented college students with superb English skills.
