We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who would spearhead digital initiatives for our brand.
Job Requirements:
- Managing and initiating digital initiatives to increase brand engagement and relevance on digital platforms.
- Devising innovative and relevant strategies to grow the e-commerce channel through email marketing, SEO, content generation etc and liason with the relevant agencies to implement such plans.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns and liason with relevant digital agencies
- Design, build, and maintain social media presence by executing digital marketing campaigns to ensure the best ROI on Facebook, Google and other digital channels.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with agencies and optimize user experience on all digital platforms.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Develop digital advertising plan (e.g. target customers, means of communication, timelines).
